Kilchoman Batch Strength is an Islay single malt from the 2024 release, bottled at 57% vol in a 70cl bottle. A few drops of water were added after maturation to bring it to that strength.
Maturation was in re-charred red wine casks, Oloroso sherry butts and bourbon barrels. Natural peat smoke and citrus from the distillery sit alongside dark fruits, rich spices and a salted caramel sweetness.
