Kilchoman – Bourbon Single Cask Uniquely Islay An T-Earrach 2014/2025

This is a single cask Kilchoman from Islay, distilled in 2014 and bottled in 2025 for the Uniquely Islay An T-Earrach release, a collection of six single casks from the Kilchoman Farm Distillery. The barley was grown entirely on Islay in the 2013 harvest, and the malt was lightly peated to 20 ppm. The whisky matured for more than eleven years in a bourbon barrel and is bottled at natural cask strength, non-chill-filtered and without added colour.
