Kilchoman – Genesis Malting Stage 2 (49.2%)

Kilchoman Genesis Malting Stage 2 is a single malt Scotch whisky from the Kilchoman distillery on Islay, bottled at 49.2% ABV. It is the second release in the Genesis series, which this time turns its attention to malting. The whisky matured in three different types of cask and keeps the distillery's maritime Islay character. In the glass, smoke sits at the centre, wrapped in fruity and sweet notes with some vanilla and citrus.
