Kilchoman Loch Gorm 2025 Edition is a peated Islay single malt, the first Loch Gorm aged for more than 10 years in Oloroso sherry butts. It is bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle.
The vatting draws on 23 casks, 20 of them first-fill and three refill.
The nose offers caramelised custard tart, roasted coffee and candied ginger. On the palate are honey-roasted figs, cloves and sticky toffee pudding, with smoky hints of barbecued banana. The finish is long and savoury, with earthy peat smoke and sherried depth.
