Machir Bay is the signature peated single malt from Kilchoman on Islay, bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle.
It is matured in ex-bourbon barrels and Oloroso sherry butts, with a high proportion of bourbon barrels. The name comes from a beach on Islay. The bourbon casks bring classic Islay character together with fresh, floral complexity.
