Machir Bay is a single malt Scotch whisky from Kilchoman, on the isle of Islay.
The distillers draw on whisky matured in ex-bourbon barrels and in Oloroso sherry butts, and combine the two to give a well-balanced flavour profile.
Tasting notes mention vanilla biscuits and light fruit, with wafts of warm peat smoke running alongside them.
