Kilchoman – Machir Bay Single Malt Whisky (70cl)

Machir Bay is the flagship expression of Kilchoman, one of Islay's smaller distilleries. It is a single malt Scotch whisky in a 70cl bottle, matured across bourbon and sherry casks. It offers a way into Islay's peated style without the heaviest bottlings. Smoke and peat come first, balanced by vanilla and a touch of dried fruit from the cask, and it finishes dry and smoky.
