Kilchoman Machir Bay is a single malt Scotch from Islay, named after the bay close to the distillery. It is a blend of whiskies aged 5 and 6 years, matured in Oloroso sherry casks and ex-bourbon casks.
The whisky is smoky on both nose and palate, with a subtle layer of citrus fruit and vanilla from maturation and a delicate sweetness. The finish is long.
