Kilchoman PX Sherry Cask Matured 2023 Edition is a peated Islay single malt with a clear Pedro Ximénez sherry influence, in a 70cl bottle at 50% ABV. It pairs the distillery's fresh, citrus-led peat smoke with dark fruit, sweet spice and a rich cask sweetness.
The nose is typically described as peat smoke, raisins, dark fruit, citrus zest and spice. On the palate there is smoke, dried fruit, caramel, malt, chocolate and spiced oak. The finish is long and smoky, sweet and spicy, with sherry fruit.
