Kilchoman Rockside is an 11 year old Islay single malt, described as the island's only single farm single malt. It is grown, malted, peated, distilled, matured and bottled on Rockside Farm at Kilchoman. It is bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle.
The malt is lightly peated and matured in a combination of ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks.
The nose offers orange, lemon peel, elderflower and maritime smoke. On the palate come citrus, tropical fruit, toffee apple and gentle peat, and the finish brings butterscotch, walnuts and stone fruits.
