Kilchoman – Sanaig

Kilchoman Sanaig is an Islay single malt named after a rocky inlet to the north west of the distillery. Its character comes predominantly from sherry casks, after significant time spent maturing in Oloroso sherry casks. These give the whisky a notably deep colour and character. It is one of Kilchoman's two core expressions, and its packaging carries a 'Cask Influence' bar that shows its sherry-led flavour profile.
