Kilchoman – Sanaig (70cl, 46%)

Kilchoman Sanaig is a single malt from the Islay distillery, named after a weather-beaten headland to the north west of the distillery. It is a vatting of sherry and Bourbon casks, bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle. It is non-chill filtered and of natural colour. The high share of sherry cask maturation gives a rich, fruity character, balanced with citrus caramel and peat smoke.
