Kilchoman – Sanaig (70cl, 46%)

Kilchoman Sanaig is an Islay single malt in a 70cl bottle, bottled at 46% abv. Kilchoman is a young and very small distillery: building began in 2004, production started at the end of 2005, and the first cask was filled on 14 December. It makes only about 100,000 to 110,000 litres of pure alcohol a year. Every step is carried out on site, from growing its own barley to brewing, distilling, maturing, finishing and bottling.
