Kilchoman Sanaig is a single malt from Islay, sold in a 70cl bottle. Its sweetness comes from sherry casks, set against the peat smoke of the island.
On the nose there is classic Islay peat, closer to a cosy bonfire than anything aggressive. The palate brings sultanas and orange peel wrapped in smoke, and the finish is long and smooth.
