Kilchoman Sauternes Cask is a limited edition single malt from Kilchoman Distillery on the Isle of Islay, named for the Sauternes barriques in which it was matured.
It was bottled in 2024 at five years old, at 50% ABV, in a 70cl bottle.
Both fresh and refill barriques were used. The whisky is non-chill-filtered and has no added colouring.
