A 14 year old Campbeltown single malt from Kilkerran, the single malt brand of Glengyle distillery, distilled in 2010. It was matured fully in an Oloroso sherry hogshead and bottled by Cadenhead's in its Authentic Collection at 58% ABV, with 264 bottles drawn from the cask.
The nose offers maraschino cherries, marmalade, smoked ham and brine. The palate has hints of peat, molasses, smouldering hay and strawberry glaze. The finish brings Iberico ham, strawberry and yoghurt sweets, and cola cubes.
