The whisky spent 16 years maturing in a combination of bourbon and sherry casks.
The nose offers vanilla, toffee and dried fruits with a hint of sea salt. The palate is full-bodied, with caramel, baked apples and cinnamon, plus oak and a gentle smokiness. The finish is long, with dried fruits and a touch of spice.
