A 16 year old Campbeltown single malt from Glengyle distillery, released as the 2024 edition of Kilkerran and bottled at 46% ABV.
The whisky combines peat, sweetness and spice. Dried fruit, vanilla and a light mineral smoke lead on the nose, while the palate is full, with honey, malt and oak. A subtle saltiness comes through in the finish.
