Empire Rye is a rye whiskey from Kings County Distillery, which was founded in 2010 and works from the historic Brooklyn Navy Yard in New York. It comes in a 750ml bottle.
The mash is 80% rye and 20% malted barley, distilled in copper pots and aged for at least two years. The distillery also makes small-batch bourbon and single malt, using New York grown grains alongside peated and unpeated barley malt from the UK.
