Kings County – New York Blended Bourbon, Batch 1 (75cl, 43%)

Kings County New York Blended Bourbon is the first batch of a blend from the Brooklyn-style craft distillery's range, in a 75cl bottle. It follows the distillery's earlier moonshine and bottled in bond releases. Two-thirds of the blend is the distillery's own pot-distilled straight bourbon, joined by corn, rye and malt whiskeys. The whiskeys are aged between two and four years, and organic ingredients are used throughout. The percentages, ages and barrel formats of each component are listed on every bottle. The distillery's founder describes it as a superior, all-purpose spirit, suited to neat sipping or to mixing in cocktails.
