Kingsbarns Bell Rock is a single malt Scotch from the Lowlands, bottled at 46%. It is matured in two kinds of cask: ex-Oloroso sherry casks of American oak from Jerez, and ex-bourbon barrels from Heaven Hill Distillery in Kentucky. The casks were chosen for their gentle oak flavours and rich sweetness, which are meant to sit alongside the fruit character of the Kingsbarns spirit.
