Kirin Fuji Sanroku Tarujuku Blended Whisky (70cl, 50%)

Kirin Fuji Sanroku Tarujuku is a Japanese blended whisky in a 70cl bottle, first released in March 2016 at 50% abv. Master blender Jota Tanaka combined medium and heavy grain whiskies with a small peated malt component, and chose to leave it non-chill-filtered. It is made at the Fuji Gotemba distillery, opened in 1973 and owned by the Kirin Group. Fuji Sanroku means at the foot of Mount Fuji, and the water comes from rain and snowmelt from the mountain's summit. Maturation usually takes place in ex-Bourbon barrels.
