Kirin Fuji Single Grain (70cl, 46%)

Kirin Fuji Single Grain is a Japanese grain whisky from the Fuji Gotemba distillery, in a 70cl bottle at 46% ABV. It is non-chill-filtered. It brings together three styles of grain whisky: a bourbon-type with a rich, fruity taste, a Canadian-type with a soft mouthfeel and deep fruity flavour, and a light Scotch-type grain whisky that envelops the whole. The blend is 30% heavy grain, 60% medium grain and 10% light grain, with an average age of more than eight years. All of it was aged in American white oak barrels.
