Kiroku Memory Sweet Potato Shochu (75cl)

Kiroku Memory is an imo shochu, made from sweet potato, from the Kuroki Honten distillery on Kyushu in Japan. It comes in a 75cl bottle. It is made from sweet potato with koji rice and the water of Kyushu Island. Kuroki Honten has produced shochu since 1885 and follows a farm-to-bottle approach: it cultivates its own land, grows and harvests the crop, and recycles production waste as organic fertiliser. Imo shochu is one of the three classical shochu styles, and Kyushu is its spiritual home. Kiroku is among the distillery's best-known brands in the category.
