Yamasemi Kingfisher Rice Shochu (75cl)

Yamasemi Kingfisher is a kome (rice) shochu from Kuroki Honten on the island of Kyushu in Japan, a producer making shochu since 1885. The company follows a farm-to-bottle approach that begins with cultivating its own land. It is made from rice with koji and the pure water of Kyushu. Rice is one of the three classical shochu bases, alongside sweet potato and barley, and is the one associated with the cleanest and most elegant character. It comes in a 75cl bottle.
