Knob Creek 12 Year Old is a small batch Kentucky straight bourbon in a 75cl bottle at 50% ABV. It spends 12 years maturing in new, charred American oak barrels, which give it layers of oak, caramel and warming spice.
On the palate there is rich caramel, vanilla and toasted oak, together with dark chocolate, roasted nuts and baking spices. The finish is long and warming, with a pleasant oakiness and lingering sweetness and spice.
