Knob Creek 15 Year Old is a limited-edition Kentucky straight bourbon in a 75cl bottle at 50% ABV. It is made from a high-rye mash bill and was aged for 15 years in heavily charred American oak barrels, which gives a strong oak influence set against rich sweetness and spice.
The nose offers caramel, vanilla, toasted oak, dark fruit and baking spice. On the palate come toffee, burnt sugar, dried cherry, cinnamon, leather and charred oak. The finish is long and warming, with spice, oak and sweet vanilla.
