Knob Creek 21 Year Old is a limited-edition Kentucky straight bourbon, bottled at 50% in a 75cl bottle. It is the oldest Knob Creek release to date, matured in Kentucky rack houses, which give it a rich bronze colour and notes of caramelised oak.
The bourbon is full-bodied with a creamy mouthfeel, balancing sweet and savoury flavours.
On the nose there are cherry, apple, burnt sugar, cocoa powder and sweet charred oak. The palate brings sweet tobacco, dark brown sugar, chocolate and raisin, and the finish moves to aged oak, allspice, dark tobacco and roasted peanuts.
