Knockando – Master Reserve 21 Years 1997 (70cl, 43%)

Knockando Master Reserve is an official distillery bottling of Speyside single malt Scotch whisky. It was distilled in 1997 and bottled at 21 years old, after maturing in oak casks. It comes in a 70cl bottle at 43%, and the label calls it rich, smooth and fruity. The nose is fresh and fruity, with oak, vanilla, candied fruit and cocoa. The palate follows the nose, with more fresh, fruity notes, vanilla and oak. The finish is medium long, with oak and citrus.
