Knockdhu – 2012-2025 13 Year Old Infrequent Flyers Single Cask 800068 (70cl, 57%)

This is a single cask Knockdhu, distilled in 2012 and bottled in 2025 at 13 years old by independent bottler Alistair Walker for its Infrequent Flyers series. It is a Speyside single malt in a 70cl bottle. The whisky comes from cask 800068, a ruby port hogshead in which it was finished. It was bottled at a natural cask strength of 57%, without colouring or chill filtration, and the cask gave 324 bottles. Knockdhu's own single malt is sold as An Cnoc, and independent bottlings of it are uncommon.
