The Tottori Blended Matsui is a blended Japanese whisky from Kurayoshi, and the flagship expression of its Tottori range. Clean, fresh water from natural streams in Tottori is central to how the range is made. On the nose it shows cream, lemon sponge cake and pine needles. The palate brings seeded brown bread, black pepper and almond, with soft smoke running throughout.
