La Madrina Pisco Torontel (75cl)

La Madrina Pisco Torontel is a Peruvian Puro pisco in a 75cl bottle, distilled from a single grape variety, the aromatic Torontel. It is made at Fundo Tres Generaciones in the Ica Valley, a producer established in 1856, from grapes grown for Bodega Doña Juanita. The spirit is distilled in copper pot stills to proof and left unaged, with no additives or colouring. It opens with white flowers, citrus fruit and a hint of spice. The palate is silky and velvety, and the finish is long, elegant and warming. It can be served neat or used in an aromatic pisco cocktail such as a Chilcano with ginger ale and lime.
