La Maison Du Rhum Colombie Small Batch is a Colombian rum made from sugar cane, distilled in 2011 and bottled in 2023 by La Maison du Whisky. It is produced by Hacienda Coloma and matured in former bourbon casks before a finish in ex-coffee liqueur casks. Bottled at 47% vol. in a 700 ml bottle, the outturn is 2,829 bottles. The rum is not coloured, not chill filtered and not sweetened. Maturation in bourbon casks gives vanilla and balanced sweetness, while the coffee liqueur finish adds depth.
