This Demerara rum from Guyana is made from the last casks of one-year-aged rums from the Diamond Coffey Still, transferred into casks liquidated by the Uitvlugt distillery when it closed in 2000. It was distilled in 2002 and bottled in 2022 after 22 years of ageing in oak barrels. It is bottled at 54.4% vol in a 70cl bottle, with no colouring, no chill filtration and no added sugar.
