This rum was distilled in 2005 from regional molasses in a column still made by the Romero distilling family, and spent all 17 years of its maturation in Ecuador. It is bottled at 63.5% vol at cask strength in a 70cl bottle, with no colouring and no added sugar. The outturn is 277 bottles.
