A rum from the old Kingdom of Siam, distilled in column at 67% from molasses and aged for 10 years in American charred oak barrels. The barrels were stored in a cellar only a few cable lengths from the South China Sea. The ageing process is static, with evaporation loss of about 7% replenished by adding rum of the same age. Distilled in 2011, this bottling comprises 2,752 bottles at 62.3% ABV in a 700 ml bottle, with no colouring, no chill filtration and no added sugar.
