Lagavulin 8 Year Old is an Islay single malt Scotch whisky, in a 70cl bottle at 48% ABV. It is a tribute to the style of the early Lagavulin distillers, with bright peat smoke and a mineral edge.
The nose offers clean peat smoke with citrus, pepper and light wood. On the palate it is intensely smoky, tight, peppery and mineral. The finish is long, dry and smoky, with hints of ash and spice.
