Lagg Corriecravie Edition is a single malt from the Isle of Arran, bottled at 55% in a 70cl bottle. The spirit is matured first in bourbon barrels, then finished for approximately six months in Oloroso sherry hogsheads sourced directly from the producer Miguel Martin in Spain.
The distillery uses Concerto malted barley and water from its own borehole. Its chosen yeast and fermentation time are meant to create the full-bodied flavour it is looking for.
