Corriecravie Edition is a smoky single malt from Lagg Distillery on the Isle of Arran, matured in Oloroso sherry casks and bottled at 55% in a 70cl bottle. Peat smoke is joined by dark fruit and spice.
The nose is intense peat smoke with raisins, chocolate and orange peel, plus warm spices. On the palate, smoke and sweet sherry are well balanced, with dark fruit, caramel and spicy oak. The finish is long and warming, with lingering smoke, sweet spice and a dry, elegant touch of wood.
