Lagg – Corriecravie (55%)

Corriecravie is the second core range single malt from Lagg Distillery. It was matured first in bourbon barrels, then finished for about six months in oloroso sherry hogsheads from Miguel Martin in Jerez, Spain. It is bottled at 55% without chill filtration or added colour. Lagg uses water from the distillery's own borehole, and chooses the barley variety, yeast and fermentation time to suit each whisky. Concerto barley was used here. The Corriecravie edition is bottled once a year in limited quantities.
