A Lambrusco Reggiano DOP from Venturini Baldini, under the Marchese Manodori name.
It has a ruby colour with delicate violet reflections and a broad bouquet combining fruity and spicy notes. The nose evokes violets and ripe cherries, with a subtle suggestion of cloves and pepper. The palate is medium-bodied with lively tannins, giving a fresh, harmonious and elegant wine.
It is an ideal companion for any meal, but excels with first courses, cured meats and grilled pork ribs.
