This is a 10 year old Islay single malt from Laphroaig, bottled by Douglas Laing under its Old Particular label as part of the Paradise in Smoke Collection. It was distilled in 2016 and bottled in 2026.
The whisky is finished in a Trinidad rum cask, which pairs the peat smoke of Islay with the sweetness of rum.
It is described as golden tropical sweetness moving through earthy peat smoke and charred banana, then into caramel with sea salt and oak.
