Laphroaig 10 Year Old is the distillery's signature single malt from Islay, bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle. Laphroaig was founded in 1815 by the brothers Donald and Alexander Johnston. The whisky is a full sparkling gold in colour. It has a rich smoke and seaweed character with a hint of sweetness. The palate is rich, with subtle sweet notes and layers of salt and peat that develop, leading to a long, dry finish.
