This is an 11-year-old Laphroaig single malt from Islay, bottled by Living Souls at 50% in a 70cl bottle.
Laphroaig, whose name means the hollow at the great white bay, began production in 1826 on the south coast of the island. It was founded by Donald and Alex Johnston.
The distillery is known for a smoky, phenolic, iodine-rich and salty whisky. It has its own peat fields and its own floor maltings.
