Four Oak is a peated Islay single malt from Laphroaig, in a 1 litre bottle at 40% ABV. It is matured in four types of cask chosen by hand: ex-bourbon barrels, small quarter casks, virgin American oak barrels and larger European oak hogsheads. The result is a golden, creamy, peat-smoked malt. Flavours include sandalwood, pine, fir and willow, with warm, toasted vanilla notes.

About Glenbotal

The idea of Glenbotal came to us naturally: as whisky lovers, we were always on the lookout for new experiences in the whisky world. That’s why we created Glenbotal and became our very own first customers. We buy unique and hard to find spirits from ballots and private collections. Then, we share them with a small circle of friends and people who can appreciate a good dram.
