Laphroaig Quarter Cask is an Islay single malt from the distillery's Cask Collection, bottled at 48% in a 70cl bottle.
It is matured twice, the second time in smaller quarter casks, which bring the whisky into closer contact with the wood.
The nose is expressive, with peat smoke, medicinal notes, coke and banana. On the palate peat smoke and vanilla are joined by sweet, fruity tones of banana and caramel. The finish is medium in length, with smoke and spice.
