The Christmas Cask is a 2023 limited release single malt from Lark Distillery in Tasmania, in a 50cl bottle at 44.6% ABV.
It was inspired by the fruit mince pies of Jean Pascal, a Tasmanian pâtisserie, and by the red wine barrels of Frogmore Creek.
The whisky is described as well balanced and approachable, made for sharing and for pouring with dessert on Christmas Day.
