Symphony No. 1 is the first blended malt from the House of Lark, made from Tasmanian single malt whiskies and bottled at 40.2% in a 50cl bottle.
Head Distiller Chris Thomson combined malts from several casks: American oak that held bourbon, sherry casks and port casks, the last adding a heavier depth. The result is a creamy, oily malt that carries the Lark signature.
