Lark Distillery – Symphony No 1 (50cl, 40.2%)

Symphony No 1 is the first blended malt from the House of Lark, made from Tasmanian single malt whiskies. It is bottled at 40.2% in a 50cl bottle. Head Distiller Chris Thomson worked with American oak bourbon, sherry and port casks, combining the complexity of the first with the balance of the second and the heavier depth of the third. The whisky is described as creamy and oily, with flavour that carries from start to finish.
