Devil's Storm is a Tasmanian single malt crafted at the Cambridge distillery of Lark, bottled at 42% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
It was aged in first-fill vintage Seppeltsfield Tawny Port, some of it over 100 years old, together with Australian PX, Apera and Muscadelle casks. The result is an intense sweetness underpinned by leather and tobacco notes, with umami and smoke alongside in a rich, powerful style.
